Well I bought one of the kipling bags and the vera wang perfume yesterday morning, and have since cancelled them both - the bag looked nasty when I looked at it on a decent screen. Oh well, that was £50 saved!

Help! I bought the duplo and another bit, now realised they are not what we want and I'm trying to cancel but they say not yet despatched. I'm following the process but it just seems to go round in circles. I can't believe they are processing this already within about 10 mins of me checking out - under normal circumstances I have to wait about 3 days before items are getting ready to despatch :mad:

Sorry, not just a rant - does anyone know how I can cancel these?

I got the Duplo box, been looking for some more was hoping to get some in the Sainsburys sale but they didn't have any at my local store. I don't have a Tescos local, so the Amazon one was a reasonable price for me. My Husband will be pleased that he can build bigger things :rotfl:

If you are viewing your orders as a list by date, there should be a big button on the right that says request cancellation. Thats what I used yesterday.
