Whets your smallest change in benefit amount/award ?

HMRC sent me an updated TC602 tax credits award notice (no actual change in award) which automatically triggered an updated council tax bill and council tax benefit award letter. The annual change in benefit is less than 50p.
Has anyone had anything lower than this? What is the local government management accountancy cost to perform this task, generating these notices ?

    I've had about 3 or 4 letters about my ESA rate changing, to exactly the same figure as it was before.
    Phoned up, checking it wasn't about an overpayment, and they had no clue why the letter was sent.

    Not a change per se but I was sent an A2 review form about a week ago. I sent it back straight away and I got a letter today saying that nothing has changed and they'll still be paying me the same amount.

    I thought that was quite speedy for the DWP!
