"Q" on credit report

in Credit cards
I've recently requested a credit report and noticed that there is Q payment status for one month on a credit card I formerly had with Santander.
I am 99.9% sure this is for the month when they failed to credit a payment I made to the account. It was sorted out eventually and I specifically asked in a complaint that they update my credit file as I did not fail to make a payment on time. I've got a letter confirming that they they did this.
So is the Q on the credit report correct? I know it means that the account is was under review/in query status at the time but should it be changed to show that I did make the payment on time? Or does the Q not affect my credit status at all anyway?

AFAIK the Q status does not impact your credit status. I have an account on my credit files with 4 Q back to back due to a dispute of who should pay for calls on a stolen phone. Never had any negative impact as a restult. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0

A "Q" status is in effect a "NULL" status. It has no impact whatsoever, positive or negative.
I wouldn't waste your time trying to get it amended, won't make any difference:beer:

Great, I didn't think it would matter but I don't trust Santander at all after the all the mistakes they made with this account so I wanted to be absolutely sure they hadn't messed up my credit as well. Good riddance to Santander, never again:j0
