several thin layers. You may get quite warm, but the air conditioning can be a bit severe too. And yes take a toothbrush, some deoderant and make up remover to help you feel fresh. Take plenty of silly things to do. I hate flying long haul, and there's only so many films you can watch in a row. It's normally worth the journey tho....Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o

I prefer to wear linen trousers or tracksuit bottoms with comfey shoes/trainers. I don't look very smart but when your spending 8/10/12 hours crammed in cattle class who cares?!0
