Merchant Account

I am trying to apply for a merchant account in order to take credit card and debit card payments over the phone and on the internet.
The problem is with my bad credit history, I can not even open a business bank account let alone a merchant account
I do not want to apply for a loan or overdraft.
Just a simple bank account cash only and a merchant account. Any advise on my options?
Tried paymentsense, got rejected.

I wouldn't try again for a few months as the more searches appear on your credit record the more failures you'll have.

You say paypal rejected you. Did you apply directly? Have you got an ebay account ? If not open one and then apply to paypal for account through that account.
