message to buyers who need a nudge to pay up

Is it ok to send late payers an invoice with a line to the effect 'I'll be going to the post office tomorrow morning, if you'd like me to get yours in the post then please can you arrange payment'.
I don't want to make the buyer feel hassled, but I don't want their item to miss my post bag either. Would you say that's ok or a bit hassly?

Depends how long ago they bought the item and if they are watching more of your items.

I have bought items from people who state the postage is fixed and they wont combine.

Wanted 2 items so ordered one then a couple of days later ordered another.

Petty? But i presume there are worse buyers than me.

I would have said that's fine. Did it only sell today? If you just want payment so you can post tomorrow, rather than payment because they're taking ages, then I'd also add when your next postal day might be e.g. a week later. That way they can't come back saying you delivered slowly, as you've told them the days you can deliver and they chose not to pay in time.

as long as it has been a few days then i say yes i did it the other day to a buyer i waited until the 4th day when many would have opened a NPD i sent a simple message saying "hello i just wondered if you could get in touch about payment as i am going to the post office tomorrow and wont be there again until the middle of next week" and they paid within a few hours
