Santander Credit Card Servicing

I know Santander get a bad rap for their customer service levels, but am I the only person to think that their online credit card servicing is the best in the business?
It's clear, well laid out, transactions not only appear immediately but you can see who is taking a pending payment and payments in to the account by FP appear within a few minutes.
I can't think of any other online service which performs as well - can anyone else?
It's a shame that they don't have paperless billing though.

my debenhams has paperless billing, its santanderDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
