Printer Help Please

Hi

Could someone point me in the right direction please? I have just bought a new laptop and am trying to load my printer on howver when I insert the installation software disk that comes with the printer it is saying
Run setup exe when I click on this it says the software you are using does not support English. It then gives a drop down with English listed when I have clicked on English it goes straight back to the intallation screen.
I have loaded this many times before on my old laptop and I did not have this problem could someone help please

Go to the Support and Downloads section of the printer maker's website, download the drivers for your version of Windows, install that and job's done.

Hi thanks for your reply I have already tried this but my printer is not listed probably fro the dinosaur age! :rotfl:Will give them a call I think
