1- cant seem to turn off the tab thing.. v annoying, when i click on a link, i want it to stay in the same window..
2- how can i open a new window, full sized? hate having to max eac hone, EVERY time...
I have tried stretching the sides, but just goes back to half the next time..
(small things, annoy petty minds!)

1. I don't think you can turn it off.
2. It always starts maximised for me, but try right clicking the Google Chrome shortcut on your desktop/start menu, select properties and then the shortcut tab and change run from normal window to maximised.0 -
1. No, this is to do with the links in the website, they are coded to open in a new tab rather than direct the user through the same tab thus removing them from the page they were viewing which is often noted to be of high annoyance to web surfers.
2. if you close the browser when its been in full size it should open so and so on.0
