Tesco Bank - future dated payments

Does anyone have experience with Tesco Internet Saver future dated payments?

1) Do they go out via Faster Payments?
2) What time are they processed?

1. yes but depends on the receiving account
2. normally early morning before 08:00

Have you tried to schedule payments for Saturdays or Sundays?

the system will not allow you make any scheduled payment on weekends or bank holidays.
you can try it. it will always ask for your confirmation before final transfer and if it's a future payment you can change or cancel it up to the day of transfer. all you have to do is to log again and click on payments. you will see a list of your future payments and the option to cancel.

I scheduled a payment for Sunday 20th November. It's sitting in the queue with the date unchanged.
