Need to Send 25Kg to Japan

Hi all,
My friend had too much stuff due to a mistake the airline made. Long story short, I offered to take her suitcase and mail it to her so she could get her flight on time.
The suitcase has clothes, a hairdryer, some make up, girly things like that, and weighs just under 25Kg. Looking at the Post Office site, they would charge £201 and it would be tracked. Does anyone know of any alternative companies? Not sure whether my friend is picky for time, but for the sake of argument let's say she can wait 1-2 months max.
Thanks for your help.

have a look at parcel2go as they will compare a number of courier companies (and 20% discount for new customers through Quidco)
The other one is the Excess Baggage Company but not sure how they compare price wise0 -

Cheers for your help guys. I've been using this site for years and had no idea there was a 'Cheap Parcel Delivery' section lol. I did some googling, using the new word 'shipping' and found a site called Vivoo, which claim to be able to send 25kg for £75 door to door. Will give em a ring on Monday and see what the timescale is. Thanks again everyone0
