I am looking to rent a private villa, probably in Majorca. Has anyone got any website recommendations for this type of thing?

Try Mallorca Farmhouses https://www.mfh.co.uk. They have got some gorgeous villas in Majorca and an excellent website where you can check prices and availablility on-line. We've booked to go with them this year and they have been extremely helpful. You can arrange your own flights or get them to to that for you too. Hope you find something you like.

I don't know how to do the link thing but there are two companies that we have used in the past for spain - and I think they cover Majorca. They are Villa World and Villa Select. Their prices are not particularly cheap but if you are planning to book 'last minute' like we do you can get some real bargains - up to half price.
