My monitor is humming/buzzing

Its getting really annoying now,
I've only had it a couple of years, any got any suggestions that dont involve buying a new one??

Try using another plug socket

And did you recently dust it and knock some dust into the ventilation?
Or have you not dusted it for a while?

And try de-gaussing it, it should have an option in the menu or buttons of the monitor.

Or try using a different refresh rate.
