Hello lovely people,
Please can I share tonights/todays experience with you?
Well I shall anyway
I have been massively trying to cut back on every possibe outgoing to save some money for hopefully baby number 2 next year:j I decided to read OS as much as poss in the run up to my weekley shop which normally is £65+ish (me oh and DS) I have tried and failed to tackle this before
I hit the market for my fresh fruit/veg this morning total was bang on £10.00 then the pound shop for various bits on my list which hit £12.00 then tonight I went to Mr S and got a lamb roasting joing reduced to £1.04 then a beef taste the difference roasting joint for £1.45 then 2 lots of hot and spicy breaded chicken breast fillets (2 in a pack) for 74p each!! and I am a veggie so these will be welcome treats for oh and lil one as their main meat sources come from stewsspag bol/chilli etc
I know it's sounds silly but they are my first 'proper' woops ha ha ha I was grinning like a cheshire cat walking round and total cost with other bits and including nappies and wipes was £19.
So my weekley shop came in at £42.00 which feels like a MASSIVE acheivement for me, I just hope I can keep up with this new found love of OS...
So thanks to you all, so inspiring!:A
