I've tried ebid and my stuff that sells on ebay and gives me a very nice turnover didn't even get a view on there at a cheaper start price.

Waste of my time listing and not something I will bother doing again.

Everyone's at it now. They all want a slice of the Ebay profits and are offering all sorts of incentives to attract seller's and buyer's but they missed the boat a long time ago. Ebay's far too well established now and has what all the other sites don't have - the customer base.

I cant believe how rude some of you are being! The original poster seems to have posted on here to genuinly make people aware of another site which could maybe be of help to someone else. I havent heard of the site mentioned, Although saying that ive always used ebay and never thought of looking for another auction site.

With this behaviour im sure many genuine newbys have been and definitly not come back! Yes i now we keep getting loads of spammers and it is getting annoying but maybe you should stand back a little and give people a chance to figure out if the poster is genuine or a spammer instead of instantly insulting and attacking them.

Ok ive wanted to say that for a while now and i will keep my mouth closed in future and please dont attack me for speaking my mind, I dont know the original poster and i dont know the site yet but i will go and have a little nosey in a minute.

Here's the last ebid thread, you'll notice it was only a few weeks back.

New user, only made two posts, both about ebid:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=347834&highlight=ebid

Sorry to upset you Salena, but I don't trust new users who are singing the praises of some marginal site / product.

Anyone know if ebid give cashback for people clicking on links?
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

its true, it is mostly likley spam. I bet you never see the guy around on here again.

But of course, you will see a new user post a msg about ebid again!

Right i can understand what you are both saying but click on the original posters name and look at all the other posts they have made, You can clearly see that the person is here for a number of reasons and has posted in other threads aswell has this one.

 Sorry to put it so bluntly but you really are very naive.

They deliberately reply to a few real threads to make it look like they're interested and genuine. They know full well that if they come on here and post straight away "come to Ebid, it's brill!" that they'll get their post removed.

You've fallen straight into the trap s/he's carefully laid.
