Outstanding finance check

Hi, wonering if anyone can help, i need a free - cheapish way of checking if a car has outstanding finance on it, iv search the threads on here and there is one however none of the ways suggested offers finance check - just accident,stolen ect
long story short - iv been awarded a cjj :Ton someone who owes me £1800 :mad:, iv instructed the bailiffs and they suggested taking his car and selling it at auction for me (if he has no outstanding finance on it), this is going to be a long process so thought id find out myself first if he does have finiance on it to speed things up

Don't waste your money. The bailiffs won't take notice of anything you tell them in this regard.0
