    What a dilemma!
    It is a good offer. A year's salary to leave. Clean slate. No debts. Breathing space. Time to think about what you want to do next.

    What is the chance of getting another offer like this again? Probably.

    Because it is so good, a lot of A grades will probably apply, therefore the chances of being accepted will be lowered.

    I would go for it.

    Good luck with whatever you decide.
