 that's scared me a bit now!
Least if anything like that does happen I'll now know just to throw it back to the driver
Allthough I can't imagine that there's much in my basket that they won't have...fingers crossed anyways!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

not the best experience celebrate.
what i would have done is told the driver that there should have been £10/£5/ecoupon knocked off from the total.
at this point, all the goods would have been unloaded and placed on your doorstep.
the delivery person would have probably said 'if you ring this number, they'll sort it out and give you the money back...' (because they wouldn't want the extra hassle to load the items back in their van etc.).
you would have rung the number and they would have, more than likely, given you a partial refund.
or you could order an extra few quids worth of food instead of doing the above. :rotfl::grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

actually don't worry just remembered it was the time when i ordered 50 boxes of kellogs chocolate chip mint cereal bars:D can't remember exactly what happened now lol but i think they substituted half of them with the normal priced ones and charged me the full price which took me over the £50 so i did get my £5 off and they refunded me to honour price match of the substitution......but it was touch and go ...... remember now ranting at Cs who then got the supervisor who thought i was an idiot (yes i know i am ) because the discount had actually come off i just assumed it hadn't
but what i'm trying to say is if they hadn't accidentally overcharged me i would have lost the ecoupon
ps just put random items into my basket and BY ECK IT WORKS!!!!!!!
right now to switch items to a proper shop:T:T:T:TGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
