I've been a new customer twice too! Unfortunately I've been a regular customer for years and most of the drivers know me, and they know I'm trying the new customer bit on because they are supposed to explain the procedure to new customers.

The second time I did this something was done to all three of my accounts - they no longer accept any codes at all.

It probably comes down to whether the driver recognises you and if they are going to care enough to tell tales.

Darn it, the only fruit I want is on an offer that expires Sunday so I have to book delivery on Sunday and since I was just doing the £5 fruit/veg offer, the delivery slot is costing me £5 with the extra 50p from my order (fruit/veg was £5.50) I might as well just go to ASDA and spend a fiver, lol

    Doh!

When I put in the £15off code it says
    • Sorry, this eCoupon cannot be accepted as it has already been used the maximum number of times.
Any on else having this problem? I can put the other two codes in and I have tried putting the £15 code in without the others but it still doesn't seem to work for me :(

Its for new customers only - youll have to use another email address and dont inc your reward card :)

Thanks for this, the codes ALL worked on an existing account that I haven't used for a few years, so might be worth checking any old accounts!
  • If you order groceries worth £50(ish) and some of the items are out of stock and not substituted so the delivery ends up less than £50 will the £15 off coupon still be taken into account or will you be charged? TY

3 boxes of nappies, 16 packs of baby wipes, some fruit and veg and some cereal... all for the grand total of £22 if this all works!
