I had no end of problems with BG. I had a positive response from the Ombudsman, who took on the case based on the ongoing issues, BG refused to acknowledge I existed, so I couldnt do a formal complaint. I have been very pleased with the outcome - though have yet to actually have my refund in my bank account so am not counting chickens!!Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

But have you provided them a tennancy for the period? If not of course they will chase a debt in the name of the occupier, until you can prove otherwise.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
