Skype and tv, both on one screen?

Hi, I am trying to get Skype on my TV, where it will share the screen 1/2 and 1/2 with regular TV. Does such a thing exist? If not, do you clever guys have any ideas how this can be acheived?

I think not, you'll need a TV that is able to display from two seperate sources at the same time. Skype from the PC and TV from an ariel/STB etc.

I have a standard Dell PC which I have inserted a TV tuner card (Hauppauge). Connect the TV aerial to the tv tuner card in the PC and then connect the PC graphic output to your TV. With one of these operating systems (Windows XP Media Center 2005 or Vista Home Premium or Windows 7 ) you will be able to run Windows Media Center. this allows you to view TV, record TV, listen to music, view images and loads of stuff.
Windows media center is simply an application like any other that runs on your PC and is a window which can be resized. So you will be able to have your Skype window alongside the Media Center one.

You can even connect a Satellite dish to a satelite tv tuner card (approx £35) and view high definition TV and the quality is truly out of this world. No subscription to Sky required. All for £35!!!

Oh and you'll need a Microsoft remote control, they cost around £20-25.
