IS overpayment?

Hi,
I have been claiming IS since June, and at the beginning I was told that payments would stop on 14th Nov. as I turned 17 in October. A month ago they said it wouldn't stop as my change in circs (living on my own).
Now my question. I was paid on the 7th Nov. and am not due to be paid again until the 21st. However, I checked my bank this morning and I've got a payment of £53.45 going in for the 14th? I know the system works in a week in front and a weeks arrears but surely this is an overpayment or something?
I'm not going to touch the money yet but should I go to the jobcentre on Monday about it? I don't want to be told that I've committed benefit fraud
