How do i access firfox please?0 -
Following the transfer from A&L to Santander online banking, I couldn't even access my account. Turned out to be IE9 not being fully compatible with Santander's online system. Anyhow, changed to Firefox as per their recommendation and no problems now. Presume you're not using IE9 as you're able to gain access (which I could not). Just Google Firefox and you'll be able to download the browser.0

The Santander website is still not compatible with IE9. When I contacted them they replied with annoying stock answers which do not fully answer the query. What they suggested I should do is "upgrade to a suitable browser," whereas they actually mean downgrading to IE8 which is over 2 years old. I would have thought perhaps Santander should be "upgrading" their website so that it works with the latset browser release.0
