Just checked my bank statement and EDF HAVE TAKEN £250 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!
What are they thinking anf just before christmas!!!
Contacted EDF and guess what all their systems are down!!!! Typical !!! So Angry the customer service advisor asked had I had my bills reviewed lately and as far as Im aware no!!
So just warning you to check your statements!!!
