Tesco nightmare Christmas exchange

I straight away used my vouchers last week only to discover while trying to sort out the voucher that wouldn't go through that they decided to cancel my order all bar one item ( out of seven). Now all the items are out of stock so i have £50. and nothing to spend it on. The renewed vouchers were supposed to be sitting at check out but there not. My point being they wont let me have them renewed to spend in store where there are pyjamas. ( which is what i mainly wanted )none of this is my fault and they are absolutely useless just keep saying no they were online vouchers and they will appears but they never do. I've emailed and phoned endlessly, and just get fobbed off.:mad: where do I stand?
