Barclaycard NO CCA

I finally heard back from Barclaycard.
They did not send me a true signed agreement under section 78 request.
All they sent me was a reconstituted copy which failed to have my name address date of birth, and most importantly no signature.
They then send me a copy of terms and conditions.
Seeing as they did not give me a true signed copy of my credit agreement, where do I stand now??

Did you spend Barclaycard's money?
If YES, then stop waffling on about whether your agreement fails to mention your third cousin's cat and face up to your responsibilities.

A re-constituted copy is sufficent should they take you to court.
By the way what happened to your own original copy?0 -
he shredded it, along with his other debt collectors lettersDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
