Hi all

Listed 11 items of clothing on Ebay tonight, so hopefully a few of those will go. Spent most of the day mooching around doing not much, so at least an NSD! Now off to do a bit of filling, sort out the budget and maybe write a few Xmas cards in front of the X Factor!

DNMS - my colleague is a body builder and he mixes scrambled egg in with his porridge - it sounds absolutely vile but he swears by it! Might help your son boost his food intake a little.
