WooHoo 3rd Success, But Awkward Payout

Just an update....

I have just recieved a cheque from the Halifax in my sole name....

WooHoo........................

Now that they have paid this in my sole name, they have obviously admitted that the policy was in my sole name....

So the previous payments that they returned, but refused to return in my sole name.... (Paid to join account of exwife and myself) wqs wrong....

So my final contact with the Halifax will be, to get them to admit that the previous payment should have been to me.
Also to get them to ammend their records so that the tax man will not go after my ex-wife for money she hasnt had, and shouldnt have got........
