Tool to populate FB status each day

Hi all,
Does anyone know of, preferably a free tool that you can use to populate the status.
I would like to put quotes I like into my status bar each day automatically, so I would like to pre select then (load them) and have the app put them there everyday for me...and maybe to me Twitter account.
I know you can have a link between FB and Twitter but it doesn't seem so reliable and I seem to have to keep setting it !
