Hi, not sure if anyone is having this problem or if this has been posted elsewhere, but the other night I made a call with 18866 and everything was fine. 5 mins after hanging up, I tried another call and just as the call charge was being announced, there was an automated message saying "to check your messages dial 1571" or something...there were no messages on 1571 and so it is not that the mailbox was full...anyway, it seems like 18866 is not being recognised now as it just keeps going through to the 1571 message...i'm sending a message to 18866 to see if they can say anything, but does anyone have any advice or experience of this?

Are you dialling the 18866 access code manually, or do you have it stored in a memory location on your handset?0

Are you sure that you were not receiving a message from the person's 1571 mailbox you were calling to say that their mailbox was full?0
