Should I complain to tescos?

After having a lovely lunch out to celebrate a friends birthday today, I called at Tesco's to do my weekly shop. Having returned home I was slightly p****d off to find a bottle of bleach I had bought had leaked. Fortunately the other items in the same bag were tins so they haven't been damaged. However even more annoyed because nice new top bought especially for friends birthday is now ruined as there was bleach leaking through the carrier bag when I carried it into the house. Should I complain to tesco and expect to be compensated?(my top was a bargain at £15 but was the last one so not likely to get another one!)
Also on checking my receipt I found that two of the veg items I bought that were advertised as half price I have actually been charged full price for. I was going to let that one go as I got a £12 R&R on lamb whilst I was in there.
Now I feel like complaining about the veg and the bleach....opinions please should I go to CS in the shop and look like a persistant complainer or do I write to head office direct?
By the way if they say the leak was down to the way the bleach was packed then I didn't do my packing!

Some years ago when my youngest was a baby, I sat her in a trolley and she got grease marks on her clothes. I wrote a letter to Head Office as it didn't wash out and got a letter in response with a cheque in compensation.
So definitely worth a go!0 -
How did the bleach leak? Did the lid come loose, or was there a crack in the bottle?Gone ... or have I?0

One of the mums at school had a carton of milk leak inside the car and Tescos paid for it to be valeted. I would complain if I were you.0

I once picked up a bottle of washing up liquid and rested it in the crook of my arm to pick up some other bits. When I got to the till I discovered that it had leaked all over my top...Customer services replaced the top for me.

Thanks for your replies. I am going to write this evening.
Just for info the top had come loose which is concerning itself seeing as they caps are supposed to be childproof.0 -
A friend of mine tore her expensive coat on a trolley, Tesco paid her full price for a new coat when old coat was only seconds. They kept old coat though so unfortunately she couldn't get it mended and pocket the money.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End

I'd give them the opportunity to make a clean breast of it.

I bought some milk in sainsburys before. When i was walking home the bag split and one bottle broke. I email them complaining about the carrier bags, and got a free £10 gift voucher to say sorry! Definately worth complaining IMO.
