Help I have an upside down screen

Apologies, if this sounds daft, and if an easy fix, but I am the most untechnical person.

I have Windows Vista system, basically the dog decided to help with typing and next minute the screen has turned upside down.

Any help, and suggestions, I would be extremely grateful for.

It's CTRL, arrow keys and either shift or alt to spin it round... can never remember which

Also check he hasn't kicked your monitor upside down

Our cat walked over the remote control and we ended up on a !!!!!! channel.

Had a guy at work who would do this to my computer every time I left my desk. The first time I freaked out but after that it really made me laugh!!:D
