Oil is expensive. Ask the landlord for previous bills to give you an indication. This type of heating is far more than normal gas heating, I've been there.0 -
Thanks guys! It gives me an idea of the questions I need to be asking. There is a log burner in the property too so I'm guessing I wouldn't need to be too flippant with the heating. I've been a poor student and know that a jumper and slippers is far cheaper than fuel bills in winter :-)
Hopefully when I view on Monday it'll be as nice as it sounds!0
