The first thing you need to do is to ring the company and speak to the person who does the wages.
Before anybody advises you to write a letter, speak to ACAS or whatever you firstly need to find the facts.
It could be that they posted your cheque and P45 and it was lost in the post ? (do they usually pay you by cheque, do you pick this up or do they always post it out to you, do they have your correct address details, have you moved during your period of employment).0 -
as someone has already said , give the company a call and ask when you are going to get paid.0

wouldnt the wages have already been processed and sent to bank account before the 30th? to get to the account for 31st?Sealed pot challenger # 10

What they do is pay you into the bank but when u leave they pay you by cheque that you have to pick up . .
When you start with the compan they pay you by cheque for 6 mths but they dont pay you whe i ndn you normally get paid i need this money to pay for my childcare . . The owner of the company does the wages and can only be emailed0 -
As for email:
"Hi Owner,
Please can you confirm that my final paycheck and my P45 is ready to pick up?
Many Thanks,
Kurjam"
It should have been produced as normal or done reasonably completely once they'd worked out holiday etc.0 -

Call the company and they can get in touch with the person who does the payroll. And email the person also to say they need to contact you as you were meant to be paid when the payroll was last run.Emailed her friday still no response . . . can i take this matter further or should i just be patient0 -
