Wish I never used CMC!

Hi All

I am claiming back missold PPI from Loans.co.uk. I stupidly sort the help of a claims management company to do this for me before the court ruling in favour of consumer.
The CMC have done very little for me other than pass my case to the FOS. I have chased Loans.co.uk everyday and seeked help from FOS as things were going very slow. I have even contacted the CEO of MBNA who now own Loans.co.uk and have been in corrospondance with him.
After all this the CMC are going to get 24% of whatever we get, which I found out yesterday (Loans.co.uk called ME) will be just over £17k.
Is there any way I can get out of paying them in excess of £4k for doing very little work?

If you signed an agreement with them to do this on your behalf, then that's a NO I'm afraid :(

You knew before you signed up that it was going to be this much. So, you cannot complain later that they are taking what you agreed.

I am very negative to claims companies but if you employ one then they have every right to be paid.
