Hi

We have three contracts with brighthouse We was supposed to be paying £29.84 a week then it was lowed three weeks ago to 25.72 when we rang to ask why it was lowed they said "we had to call down for them to explain why"

We rang again today we said we want to know over phone as we are Not travelling down as they can easily explain over the phone. The woman on the phone said the account was deleted of the system and they put £25.72 in as a payment. As they did not know what to put in the system and we need to call down to sign some new contracts.

To me this does not sound right. Why would they delete an account that still has outstanding debt on?
If they did delete it How they going to know how much was left outstanding or what been paid?
Why do I need sign new contracts?

I have email the main office two times to day one to complaints and one to Inquires

Hi

We have three items from brighthouse we suppose pay £29.84 week it was lower to £25.72 a week. After contacting Swansea brighthouse they have asked us to sign new contracts we are not going to sign no new contracts as we do not see we need to.

"They claim they somehow deleted are recodes of the system" and we need go down to sign new contracts

We will not be making no more payment on are account and till Brighthouse can come up with the exact amount owing and why the payment was lowed from £29.** to £25.**.

Any account charges to the account during the time this takes to be sorted out will not be paid. Due to brighthouse errors.

Some help on what to expect or what to do next?

Do not, under any circumstances, stop payments; this will not do you any good at all.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark
