password ok MAC id filtering ? what is that0
-
MAC address/ID filtering is basically every piece of networking equipment has a MAC address and on most routers you can input the mac id so only your devices can connect to the network0
-
any idea where i would find the mac address i cant seem to find anything about it im using a netgear router0
-
log into the router by clicking here then go to wireless settings > setup access list > if the 'turn access control on' box is ticked, MAC id filtering is set up0

got it to work thanks0
