Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in the Dickinson’s Real Deals show (the “programme”).

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online at 9.30 a.m. as stated in the programme.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than one week of the closing date and time for all entries.


Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 77 66 and follow instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63337 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 3 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 63337 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 3 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number.

Prize:
The prize is a variable cash value based on the value achieved at auction of a specified item.

i have still this problem, having gone to the real deal site and clicking on competitions it takes me to the itv.com home page and i cant get to the competitions,,, how odd, i have to keep coming back here on a daily basis to click on the days entry,,,anyone else found this or have you solution to this pls cheers maz:cool:

I dont understand your question - i would say everyone on this site just uses my daily links to get to the comp - there is no need to go straight to the ITV site to enter, as ive already posted the link in the OP.

If you google ITV Real Deal competition it comes up with the links for each day's competition - there's a separate one for each day of the week, but the link stays the same. I've bookmarked them all, because if I'm watching the programme it's easier to go to the bookmark than find the comp on here.

could I just ask out of interest, has anyone ever one and ITV comp entered on line. I have been doing them for years and was just wondering if you only won them if you paid for txts or phonecalls?

That's good to know. Always done the itv comps. only started using money expert in Aug, but have had no luck, maybe soon, fingers crossed!!!!

I never use the links for real deal from here, I have the main real deal comp page bookmarked and I go to the days comp through that and I don't have any problems.

Anytime someone has a problem with pages sending them round in circles the first thing to do is to empty the cached web pages and cookies, that usually sorts the problem.

It's all well and good bookmarking the Real Deal page but you still need to know the answer to the question. I guess many of us on here don't watch the programme so we need to come here to get the answer from Comping Cat for which I am really grateful.
