How do I get a false positive removed?

Oh dear....I seem to be landing a lot of problems lately with buyers. Just trying to sort out another problem with an item that arrived broken and have had some feedback from a different sale which although positive has a very negative comment :-(
I sold a jumper which was a designer label and dry-clean only. The item had been dry-cleaned prior to sale and I did say this in my listing although it was a little bobbly simply due to the nature of the fabric and through wear and tear. The buyer has given a positive but said in her feedback comments that I lied about it being dry-cleaned and that the condition was not fully described. I'm disappointed because I did make a point of saying that it wasn't good condition but I don't like this on my feedback record as I sell a lot of clothes and do have high standards with washing and ironing and describing things accurately. Is there anyway I can contest the feedback or get it removed?

I'd leav eit as it is a positive. In a few more sales the feedback will slip to second page anyway. I'd be much more worried about your expanded seller dashboardI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I guess I am obviously missing a trick here in a big way as I don't know what expanded seller dashboard is or how it may affect me :-( Sorry to be wet around the ears - you'd think I would know all there is to know now after a few years of sales but I am still learning.0

Hover your mouse over the 'account' tab when you are in 'my ebay' and choose 'seller dashboard'. The basic dashboard is near the top- you want to check if anyone has left a 1 or 2 * for anything as they are dangerous. Three of those on a regular seller will be enough to push you to an under performing seller which will in turn mean eventual selling restrictions and even suspension.
Teh expanded dashboard can take a day or two to update, so make a habit of keeping an eye on it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you so much for this. My average is 4.8 and I have had less than 1% of 1's and 2's left - should I be concerned?0

Check the numbers not the percent. If you look after the percent it has a zero or other number in brackets like this

That's OK, but if you are a smallish seller check the yearly figures as well as the numbers will be taken on a yearly basis.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. 2 is fine, but you really need to try and avoid getting anymore as 3 becomes dangerous.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
