inexpensive anniversary weekend

has anyone any ideas for a weekend away from fri 9th feb to sun 11th or mon 12th .its our aniversary on 9th my birthday 11th.looking for nice b&b or small hotel prefereably not more than approx 100 miles stansted airport ,were only 8 mles from it. looking for something in this country.

This hotel is near Colchester, Essex. not sure if thats too far, but can highly recommend it.
