i just wanted to sing the praises of this websites customer service team. i have ordered from them before and as i am going away for the weekend thought it might be nice to get a new pair of jeans. when i got to the checkout it wouldnt let me select express delivery. when i was looking for the contact details i noticed they were based in the same city i lived. i emailed them to inform them that i couldnt select express delivery and asked if i could pick the items up from their office. they replied quickly but said that unfortunately they werent allowed to have visitors in the office but they would be quite happy to drop the items off so i would get them in time for the weekend - they even refunded me the postage. top marks for layer-up!!
