This time ten years ago (when I was 31), I was at home recuperating from a hysterectomy!

I didn't have the internet back then to post on, so it was good old books and telly.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

You shouldn't be crossing keyboards with an OAP - you need to live a little as well as save!

TBF without people who take on financial risk to start companies etc. most of us would not have a job.
Usually it's their creditors who take the financial risk.

I doubt if Quinn has lost much of his own money - though I doubt how much of his reputed wealth was ever his own money anyway.

I'd hardly call spreadbetting with cdfs entrepreneurial flair that gives us all jobs. Infact I'd go as far as saying that this sort of financial gaming is typical of the sort of mentality that got us into this mess in the first place.

Is that what I said, can't see it TBH.
But was that how he made his money or lost it?

My point was in general people who take risks (and debt on) usually are the people who employers.
How a fool is parted with their money is a totally different debate.
