Sideways screen... Help plz change back

I was silly and didn't shut laptop when I left room for a moment which had my 15month old son in it to.
I came back to the screen sideways and the mouse mixed up right is up, left is down ect
Please someone tell me how to get it back to normal

Try holding down CTRL + ALT and while doing so pressing the UP cursor.0
