Should I fix and take a loss just now of £130?
Options
Done a few comparisons.
I'm on NPower duel fuel SOL 22. My cheapest comparison still says I'll be minus -£50, however we know prices are going to keep rising.
Do you think I should fix with Npower til 2013 on their Go Fix 8 and take a current loss of -£130? Then sit tight and watch prices rise?
Advice appreciated.

Are you looking at getting the £100 Love2Shop vouchers? You won't get them as you are switching from Npower to Npower. Stay as you are until the end of the SOL22 term on the 30th June 2012.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I wasn't too bothered about them, I thought I could switch from Npower to Npower online.0

Well, if we knew that for sure, you've answered your own question. And even if they do, we don't know by how much, and when.
You don't fix to save money, you fix to buy security; a fix means that you know exactly what you will pay. Only you can decide if the £130 premium is worth that.
Sadly you've missed the boat on cheap fixes by a month or more.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
