Issues with Phones4U insurance

Just wondering if anyone here has had any problems with the phones4u mobile insurance provider. I need the insurance seeing as I'm clumsy with my phone plus I have another year left on my contract although I'm thinking I might move to a different insurance provider to make savings - I'm paying around £10 per month. Any suggestions where to go?
