With the shoe on the other foot, even though you have verbally agreed, I see no harm in fighting this. Surely this is what happens when you go to car dealers and how they treat customers. So as said, shoe is on other foot.

@ritesh - these gold buying companies make their offers AFTER they have received your gold, not before.
