Bought pushchair, went wrong after moving abroad

Hi,

We bought a pushchair/buggy for £250 ish on a visa debit card from Mothercare about 3 months ago.

We recently relocated to Dubai and about a week after, the wheel and the hood broke during normal use, so not fit for purpose.

Mothercare would have repaired or replaced had we been in uk, I spoke to them, but can't help me in Dubai.

I don't want to fork out for another buggy when the 1st was clearly faulty, what can I do?

Are visa an option?

Get it back to the UK for repairs/replacement.

Or find out if there is a local agent for the manufacturer.

Anything else is unreasonable and will probably be met with refusal.

VISA is not an option - you moved, mothercare didn't.

You either need to courier it there and back at your expense or take it into store next time you are back in the UK I am afraid.
