I have a hp scanjet 2100 which was working on both my computers, but now my desktop has broke down it won't work on my laptop at all...the software was installed on my other one. Tried to install the software on my laptop and it wouldn't let me. Been on the hp website but it seems to more for upgrading existing software where as There isn't anything installed in my laptop. It does start to work but then nthing happens.....any help would be appreciated.
