• Phones (which have sometimes been opened by us for filming purposes) are new, can take any UK network SIM card and are usually delivered by Royal Mail 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the winner's photo.
• The phone may be locked to a network provider and cannot be used with any other network. [this contradicts the last point!] Winners can unlock the phone however this must be done at their own cost.
