Hi there
I'm new to the forum and hope somebody could provide me with a bit of advice/guidance. I have a copy of my ppi agreement taken out with barclaycard back in 2001. I have my creditcard statements dating back to 2003 however I moved house previous to 03 and lost old statements. The 2001 card would have been a different number. If I provide my address would they be able to trace records back to that time or do I need to provide proof? Also should I provide them with a copy of the ppi certificate back in 2001 and credit card statements when submitting the questionnaire? Thanking you in advance.

Hi Daisy, I'm not clued up entirely regarding CC PPI but it sounds like you have a lot of ammunition there (more than most people). All you need to make a complaint is an account number, you could make and send copies of everything you have with the questionnaire, if upheld you are only going to miss out on the first two years of having the card but you may not! Give it a go, do it yourself using the questionnaire from this site, good luck and keep us posted
